I’m a IA/UX Designer who is experienced in working on complex systems and processes in an Agile design and development environment. I work through a full UX life cycle from research to delivery with information architecture and interaction design my key strengths. I am happy being autonomous as well as working collaboratively as part of a team. I have good communications skills and am comfortable presenting to and running workshops with stakeholders.
I like to be hands-on and am skilled with analytical problem-solving, testing and iterating different concepts using wireframing and design tools, such as Axure, Omnigraffle, Sketch and the Adobe suite. I have a good understanding of modern technologies but am always keen to explore new ideas and grow my knowledge.

This was my second stint at Piriform, having taken the recommendations and direction from my first engagement the team were now ready to move on to the next stage of the product lifecycle. Working closely with the product owner we set out a new strategy and road map, advanced the user research function and established an iterative user centred design approach to product development.
Contract UX Designer, Clearleft

I undertook two projects whilst at Clearleft. First as part of the Virgin Holidays team that looked to drive industry best practice within the existing Agile workstreams. Second was leading a project for JP Morgan Chase to improve a major internal tool, the project was as a proof of concept for implementing a company wide UX function and establishing a continued working relationship between Clearleft and JP Morgan Chase.

Integrating with the in-house Agile team to work on their flagship PC optimisation software. Defining and implementing product and UX strategy. Building an understanding of who their customers were and implementing a research process to guide future product decisions. Worked with the team to outline future UX strategy which would guide the next stage of product development.
